Active Get the app

Delete account data

Two ways: delete inside the app, or email us and we do it for you. Either way the deletion is permanent.

This page is for the app Active - Fitness & Nutrition (package com.LiftLogger on Google Play, id 6479223870 on the App Store).

1. Delete inside the app

  1. Open the app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings, then Delete Account.
  3. Read the confirmation message, then tap Yes, Delete.
  4. Confirm your sign-in if asked (Android and iOS require a recent login for security).

What this removes. Your sign-in, your account profile (name, goals, activity level, body measurements, targets, streak and install source), your answers to the questions after sign-up, your record of where you found the app and all your backups; if you used coaching, your coaching questions, check-ins, plans and chat, with the photos, videos and voice notes you and your coach sent, your boot camp membership, your coach's saved drafts about you, the copy of your logs shared with your coach, and your notification tokens; the app's data on that phone, including your workouts, meals, water and weight; and your reminders. The deletion starts right away and cannot be undone. A few server records, such as your notification tokens, are removed shortly after.

Older versions of the app (before the October 2026 update) delete only the sign-in. If you deleted your account with one of those, email us and we remove the rest.

2. Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed, or cannot sign in, email ActiveFitnessHelp@activefitnessnutrition.com from the address linked to your account with the subject line "Delete My Active Account". We verify that the address matches the account and remove the sign-in and the account profile within 7 days.

3. What stays

Nothing with your name or email. If your account bought or refunded coaching or used Early Access, a record of that stays under your account's random ID, to stop refund abuse and repeated free offers. Google Play purchase and cancellation records stay, with no account ID. Analytics events carry your account's random ID, never your name or email, and crash reports carry a crash ID (analytics event data is kept for up to 14 months, crash reports for 90 days); after deletion that ID points to no account. A Lifetime sale stays counted, with no link to who bought it. Purchase records stay with Apple or Google under their own policies, and deleting your account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account.

4. Reversing a deletion

Deletion is permanent. You can create a new account at any time, but the profile, streak and backups of the old one are gone, and logs on a phone where the app was deleted are gone with it.
